What is a ResourceNet?
ResourceNets are a collection of articles, sources, services, support and more for families across New Jersey. These directories are free to access and for all community members to locate community-based, informal and formal resources for their family.
Each ResourceNet is administered by the respective Care Management Organization (CMO) in each county and supported by the Department of Children and Families’ Children’s System of Care (CSOC). Each CMO’s ResourceNet is comprised of programs, supports, services and events for families specific to their county of residence in New Jersey.
How can a ResourceNet help you?
Families or anyone looking to learn more can find specific activities, webinars, health providers, support groups, and events in their area. This is a sustainable, mobile friendly, translatable resource directory for all residents of their county’s CMO.
Health Providers and Community Organizations are encouraged to register to list their community and health resources, hotlines, support groups, and events.
