NJCMO Featured in BINJE

This month, NJCMO was featured in an edition of BINJE. In this Q&A, NJCMO President James Parauda discusses how New Jersey’s 15 Care Management Organizations are helping children and families navigate mental health, substance use and developmental challenges – while keeping kids safely supported in their homes and communities.

The article highlights the impact of the CMO system, noting that approximately 95% of children involved with a CMO remain living at home and that NJCMO’s network serves approximately 33,000 children each year statewide. As the CMO system of care approaches 25 years, NJCMO is committed to increasing awareness so every family who may benefit from these services knows that help is available.
